Service Terms

Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how Cult Project handles inquiries and service arrangements for hotels, tours, transfers, events, MICE programs, and related travel support.

Our Services

Cult Project helps guests and partners plan travel and event services in Armenia, including accommodation, individual tours, special packages, transfers, conference halls, and MICE support. Service details, availability, prices, and schedules may depend on hotels, venues, transport providers, guides, and other partners. We prepare offers based on the information you provide and the availability confirmed by partners. A booking is confirmed only after the agreed confirmation steps are completed.

Inquiries and Bookings

When you contact us, please provide accurate information so we can prepare the right options and communicate clearly about dates, group size, preferences, and service needs. Offers may change if dates, group size, selected hotel, route, venue, or partner availability changes. Some services may require advance payment, partner confirmation, or specific cancellation conditions, and we will share important booking conditions before confirmation whenever they apply.

Third-Party Services

Hotels, venues, transport companies, restaurants, guides, and other partners may apply their own rules, schedules, availability, payment terms, and cancellation policies.

Customer Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing correct contact and travel details, checking passport and visa requirements where relevant, arriving on time for scheduled services, and respecting partner property and local rules.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations are handled according to the confirmed service conditions and partner policies. We will do our best to assist with reasonable adjustments when availability allows.
